 Checkout Procedures

Students may check out up to three books for up to three weeks using their RIHS ID card.

Students may place their own holds for books through their Destiny Discover accounts. Email library staff for assistance.  
Students and staff may request books for pickup by placing holds. Books may be picked up in the library during school hours. See the video to the left, "How to place a hold on a book" for directions.

Students may access their Destiny Discover library account by entering their student Google username and password.

Students with overdue books will not be allowed to check out additional books. Materials may be renewed as long as they are not on hold for another patron.

The RIHS Library does not charge fines for overdue materials. Overdues of more than a month will become conditions on the student’s account. Students will be charged the replacement cost for lost or damaged materials.
